Welcome to Clean Mavrik. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Use govern your relationship with Clean Mavrik regarding cleaning services booked through our platform.

 

Company Status

Clean Mavrik is currently operating as a private entity based in Israel. Registration as a limited company is in progress. All rights and responsibilities herein refer to Clean Mavrik as the service facilitator.

 

Services Offered

Clean Mavrik offers residential and office cleaning services only. 

 

Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our website.

• Payment is required at the time of booking via credit card only.

• Bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received.

• A receipt will be issued digitally.

 

Independent Contractors

• Clean Mavrik connects customers with independent cleaning professionals (the “Cleaners”).

• Cleaners are not employees of Clean Mavrik. They operate as self-employed contractors under Israeli labour and tax regulations.

• Clean Mavrik is not liable for income tax, national insurance, or Bituach Leumi obligations of the Cleaners but expects all Cleaners to comply with Israeli law.

 

Cancellations

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may not be refunded.

 

Damages and Insurance

• Clean Mavrik is in the process of securing liability insurance to cover potential damages.

• At present, customers are encouraged to report incidents directly. Claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Dispute Resolution

• For any complaints or disputes, users are encouraged to first contact Clean Mavrik’s support team via WhatsApp or email.

• If not resolved internally, the parties may agree to resolve disputes through a mutually agreed mediator in Israel.

 

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

Language

This agreement is drafted in English.
